This very adaptable grapevine has found another good home in the Austrian climate and soils.
The loose bunches of small grapes ripen early making green, grassy tones easy to avoid and fully ripe, juicy berry aromas and supple tannins attainable. Merlot is an excellent blending partner in red wines.
